My goal is not to be a fitness influencer or a one-stop shop for personal weight loss goals. I am not a professional, but five years of research and a multitude of varying experiences with weight loss has taught me a lot, and I am going to info dump that onto this page for your benefit. Disagree? Awesome! I don’t know everything. Leave a comment and tell me about your journey, or point me in the direction of better research to help me as well. I still have a ways to go on my own exploration of this subject, and I would love to have a handle on what you want to achieve as a professional.

The Format

Every other day, I have a blog, a workout and my meal plan for that day. I am disorganized, as a person, but the technical nature I use to approach building my workout system and diet are keyed to my own personal schedule and the best research I can find on how to move forward. I plateau, I dig in, I persevere and figure out how to move forward. So if you are counting on a strength workout being posted and I decide on cardio, that’s ok! EVERYTHING is adaptive in weight loss. Hit me up and I am happy to craft something more personal for you, or let you know how I got to where I am today. Everyone’s journey is different, and everyone is trying to figure it out all on their own. I am here to make that ride a bit less lonely.
